Delivery Areas
Ablekuma Beauty Store currently provides delivery using the delivery zones available at checkout, including:
Accra • Tema • Kasoa • Outside Accra
The delivery charge applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout based on the delivery zone selected.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated separately from the cost of the products.
Customers should select the correct delivery zone during checkout.
If an incorrect zone is selected, we may contact the customer before dispatch to correct the delivery arrangement and any applicable difference in delivery charge.
Delivery Times
Orders within Accra, Tema and Kasoa will be processed for local delivery according to availability.
Orders outside Accra may take longer depending on the destination and courier service.
Delivery times shown or communicated to customers should be treated as estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Delivery Address
Customers must provide:
Full name • Active telephone number • Delivery location/address • Any useful landmark or delivery instructions
Please make sure your telephone number is reachable.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer supplied incorrect information, cannot be reached or is unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply to another delivery attempt.
Order Inspection
Customers should inspect their package as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or with items missing, please contact us promptly and provide the order details and appropriate photographs where requested.
